I capture unique and magical memories, and the photo shoot can be done from the convenience and comfort of your own home.

I don’t need very much space, and arrive with fresh leaves and flowers, which helps create a nice ambience in the photos. 🌻

During the photo shoot, you have use of an extensive collection of high quality props and costumes, and unlimited costume changes.

This is a special time, and I don’t rush. If the baby needs a feed, or a cuddle, we make sure the baby is happy and comfortable at all times.

I’ve been a professional photographer for over 10 years. For the next 3 months I’m offering special rates as I intend to use some of the pictures for my portfolio.

Package rates are listed below…

8 Photos ~ $300
12 Photos ~ $350
18 Photos ~ $400
25 Photos ~ $450

(All photos are in high-resolution, and professionally-edited.)

This includes everything. Including the actual shoot (2-3 hours,) travel time to your home, use of an extensive collection of high quality props and costumes, and the edited photos in full resolution by email or USB. There are no hidden extra charges, or any pressure to buy additional photos.

The best time to do a Newborn Photo Shoot is the first 2 weeks, when they are very sleepy, and still curl up into sweet poses. As newborns get older, they wriggle more, and don’t like being so confined.

Babies that are between five and ten days old stay asleep for longer, and are generally more easy-going. They don’t mind as much if they’re not being held (as long as they are warm and comfy,) or having their clothes removed.

After 2 weeks babies go through a growth-spurt and will start stretching their arms and legs, and normally want to be held at all times. They don’t usually sleep as soundly either, which is needed if I’m slipping on a hat, or head band, and trying not to disturb them.

Of course newborns can be photographed at 4 weeks, 6 weeks and even 8 weeks, but to capture those magical shots will be harder, and take a bit longer.

For older babies, keeping them awake for 2 hours before the photo shoot, and giving them a bath to tire them out, and help them to relax can be useful.

A sleepy, relaxed, happy baby, will photograph better than a very awake, annoyed and grumpy one.
